Katie Partridge

Katie Partridge serves as the Global Head of Talent Attraction at Wise since September 2022, where responsibility includes leading the Talent Attraction team to optimize the identification and engagement of talent aligned with Wise's mission. Prior to this role, Katie was the EMEA Recruiting Manager at Unity from August 2021 to September 2022 and held various positions at Meta from April 2014 to July 2021, culminating as Senior Recruiting Manager, where leadership involved hiring senior technical and product talent for Facebook, WhatsApp, and Messenger in London and EMEA. Early career experience includes roles as a recruiter at ThoughtWorks and Hudson. Katie holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Leeds.
