Shaday Harpaul

Shaday Harpaul serves as the Global Head of Talent Attraction at Puma Energy since November 2021. Prior experience includes a role in talent acquisition at Mastercard Foundation, where responsibilities involved full-cycle recruitment across various organizational sectors in Africa. Shaday has also held positions as Talent and Learning Manager at Estée Lauder Companies South Africa, Country Resourcing Manager for Southern Africa at Standard Chartered Bank, and Regional Director at Somerset House Consulting, providing consultancy services in human capital solutions. Additionally, a tenure at Michael Page as Associate Director focused on accounting and finance recruitment, followed by a managerial position at The Kelly Group, contributed to a robust foundation in talent acquisition and human resource management. Shaday Harpaul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Regent Business School.
