Chris Plummer

Chris Plummer is currently the Human Resources Manager at Boston Plan for Excellence (BPE) since September 2021. Prior to this role, they held various positions at City Year from 2003 to July 2021, such as Managing Director, People | Head of Human Resources, Corps Director, and Program Manager. They have a Master of Science in Leadership & Human Resources from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of New Hampshire. Throughout their career, Chris has focused on overseeing human resource supports for AmeriCorps members, leading talent strategy, and supervising teams to achieve program requirements.
