Silvia Zocco has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving at Airest since June 2007 and also at BR Guest during the same timeframe. Previous roles include an operational position at brek ristoranti from February 2001 to December 2006 and operations at Flunch for a brief period in 2000. Silvia's education includes a degree in Segreteria Front Office from Adecco in 2020, as well as training in Flairtender and aesthetic somatics. Additionally, Silvia is qualified as a hair-stylist and barber from an earlier training program.
