Bracebridge Capital is in search of a dynamic and versatile HR and Recruiting Assistant that will have a wide range of duties relating to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and general HR matters. This successful individual will demonstrate high levels of organizational effectiveness, confidentiality, communication, and integrity.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and logistic actions that support the Talent Acquisition function required to meet Bracebridge Capital’s recruitment strategy and meet current, projected, and future staffing needs
  • Support the requisition process through the opening and closing of each position, scheduling of interviews, creation of interview agendas with the objective of enhancing candidate experience
  • Maintain Application Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate record keeping of all required requisition, recruiting and data analysis reports
  • Post and remove postings from job boards and various professional websites
  • Coordinate travel for candidates and employees
  • Assist with planning of company events
  • Serve as point of contact for vendors (LinkedIn, ATS, staffing agencies )
  • Produce reports for recruiting and human resources department
  • Ensure candidate pre-hire and new hire paperwork is properly completed and routed
  • Manage calendar and expenses for Director of Human Capital Development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and up to 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality, error free work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of ATS systems, Greenhouse a plus
  • Knowledge of campus recruiting systems preferred (Handshake, Symplicity, etc.)
  • Approach all aspects of responsibilities with the highest level of discretion and integrity
  • Possess the necessary initiative and energy to tackle problems with creative solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and a proactive approach
