Digitain is looking for a self-motivated, passionate and self-driven professional to fill the vacancy of the Project Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
- Facilitate coordination between departments within the Operations directorate
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in the preparation of official translations of documents and other communication materials
- Assist in translations as needed
- Schedule in-house and external meetings
- Perform all clerical duties, taking meeting minutes, maintaining files and confidential information, organizing documents as needed
- Research and compile data to prepare documents for review and presentation by councils, committees, and executives
- Manage calendars and set up meetings
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings
- Provide general administrative and organizational support
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in linguistics, communication or related field
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages is mandatory
- Professional level of written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- In-depth understanding of MS Office suite
- Ability to arrange daily workload by priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Team player with can-do attitude
