Description:

Digitain is looking for a self-motivated, passionate and self-driven professional to fill the vacancy of the Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
  • Facilitate coordination between departments within the Operations directorate
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in the preparation of official translations of documents and other communication materials
  • Assist in translations as needed
  • Schedule in-house and external meetings
  • Perform all clerical duties, taking meeting minutes, maintaining files and confidential information, organizing documents as needed
  • Research and compile data to prepare documents for review and presentation by councils, committees, and executives
  • Manage calendars and set up meetings
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in linguistics, communication or related field
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages is mandatory
  • Professional level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • In-depth understanding of MS Office suite
  • Ability to arrange daily workload by priorities and meet deadlines
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Team player with can-do attitude
