Job description

Syntasa, a leader in using big data processing and cloud computing to understand digital behavior, is seeking an organized, collaborative, and confident project manager to deliver a variety of projects for our customers. This role requires a high level of leadership, problem solving, communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Account Management and Professional Services to ensure successful and efficient delivery.
• Keep customer, partner, and internal stakeholders informed of status, timelines, issues, and actions and proactively manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings, handle logistics (invites, audio/video, etc.), take meeting notes, and follow up on action items to resolution.
• Assist in the documentation and maintenance of project artifacts, such as project plans, status updates, and wiki pages.
• Support Project Management and Delivery in managing resources; ensure proper time tracking and generate reports.
• Organize files, presentations, and other written communications/documents so they are readily accessible to respond to subsequent/future reporting requests.
• Assist in the creation of project reports and presentations as needed with a fast turnaround time, prepare draft and final report(s), including formatting and document styling.
Required qualifications:
• Ability to work hours (6) hours per day overlap with Eastern Time Zone in the USA
• A track record of self-directed learning, adapting quickly to solve problems, and taking initiative and accountability to get things done.
• Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to detail and prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Desire to learn technical concepts in big data, data science, AI/ML, and digital technologies.
• Experience as a project manager using waterfall or agile methods.
• A collaborative approach to working on a team and the ability to relate to, and work with, a wide variety of internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Bachelor’s degree, and 3-5 (5 + preferred) years relevant experience
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• CAPM/PMP not required but is a plus
