Sherie Dadswell-McCormick began their work experience in 2016 as a Teaching Assistant at John Madejski Academy. From 2017 to 2018, they worked there as a Teacher of English (Unqualified). In 2018, they became a Trainee Teacher of English at The Robert Napier School. Sherie then worked as an Associate Teacher of English at KMT Teacher Training from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Bradfields Academy, where they started in 2019 as a Teacher of English (SEND) and later became the Head of English.

Sherie Dadswell-McCormick's education history begins in 2015 when they attended the University of Reading, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree in Film & Theatre. Following this, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) in Secondary Education and Teaching with a focus on English at Leeds Beckett University from 2018 to 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Sherie obtained Qualified Teacher Status from the Department for Education in June 2019. Sherie also acquired a Level 1 Award in British Sign Language from Signature in May 2019.

Furthermore, Sherie has earned several certifications in various areas. Sherie obtained a Level 2 Certificate in British Sign Language from Signature in February 2021. Additionally, they completed a Level 1 Certificate in Modern Hebrew from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in December 2021, a Level 1 & 2 Certificate in LEGO Six Bricks and DUPLO Play Box Certified Practitioner Training from The LEGO Foundation in January 2022, and a Level 3 & 4 Certificate in LEGO Six Bricks and DUPLO Play Box Certified Practitioner Training from The LEGO Foundation in March 2022.

Sherie also holds multiple certifications from Play Included C.I.C., including a Level 1 (Initiate Training) and Level 2 (Facilitator Training) in the Brick-by-Brick® Programme, obtained in July and August 2022, respectively. Furthermore, they obtained a Level 3 Certificate in British Sign Language from Signature in July 2022.

Lastly, Sherie has obtained the National Professional Qualification in Leading Behaviour and Culture from the Department for Education in April 2023.
