Our leads come primarily through our successful inbound lead generation efforts and targeted prospecting, and we are looking for highly motivated, fast-learning, and adaptable professionals to join our collaborative team.

Your Role: As a Director of Sales & Account Management you will be a quota-carrying salesperson who works with our internal teams to manage the sales & renewal cycles of our clients. New business accounts are managed from first meeting to close, while existing account opportunities are continually pitched and closed in partnership with our Content Marketing Strategists. Ideal candidates have client management and renewal experience, new business experience, digital marketing knowledge, and operational marketing skills.

You have a natural ability to demonstrate and sell return on investment - a powerful and impactful presenter who can win over the most skeptical of audiences, with the charisma to build rapport across all levels of influencers and decision makers.  Highly effective at winning ongoing investment from clients. The person in this role is exceptionally detail oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple new and ongoing projects and relationships with ease.

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle revenue generation
  • Generating demand for our products and services through high value prospecting and account based marketing strategies
  • Running inbound territory meetings
  • As required, running out-of-territory inbound meetings
  • Completing detailed needs analysis and discovery
  • Executing sophisticated digital and competitive research through leading analytics tools
  • Developing sophisticated proposals
  • Accurate pipeline forecasting
  • Supporting Content Marketing Strategists’ pipelines and actions
  • Creating contracts, MSAs, and addendums
  • Highly accurate Hubspot administration

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 2+ years of sales experience in B2B digital marketing or a similar space
  • Ability to engage quickly; a consultative and confident approach is key
  • Competitive drive and strategic mindset to exceed sales targets
  • Experience in internet and search engine marketing or digital content marketing
  • Self-driven and positive attitude in order to thrive as an individual in a team-oriented environment.
