Client Services Manager Role

All About the Job

As a member of our Client Services team, you will be tasked with helping maintain our large (and growing!) portfolio of clients. You will be on the front lines both in our office and at our events in communicating and coordinating with our sponsors.

 What You’ll Do

  • Support senior business development team members with all aspects of account management--from client communications to contract closures to event execution

  • Travel regularly to forums (approximately 8 times per year) to serve clients on-site

  • Coordinate calls and meetings with clients, track client development, and keep client management databases updated
