Job Title: Business Development Representative
Direct Report: Inside Sales Manager
Duration: Full-Time
Location: Lehi, UT / Remote
Job Summary:
- Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge of services and products
- Initiate conversations with new clients and set up meetings with decision makers
- Qualify leads and Identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Work with University Brand Ambassadors to gain traction within regional esport communities
- Work closely with marketing and field sales to maintain an understanding of the evolving market
- Work with cross functional teams to scope, design and execute esports tournaments
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of B2B selling experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to initiate conversations (cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales goals and quotas
- Experience with a CRM software and other key sales tools
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations
- Proven ability to leverage different prospecting methods
Recommended Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Proven experience working as an Inside Sales Manager
- A passion for esports
- Experience with Monday.com CRM
- Experience with utilizing Outreach tools (e.g. HubSpot Sales, Outreach.io, etc.)
