Helen Wilkinson

Helen Wilkinson has over 17 years of work experience in various roles and organizations. Currently, they serve as the Head of Client Success at Brain in Hand since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Programmes at the same company from January 2022 to April 2023. Before joining Brain in Hand, Helen held positions at Babington, where they served as the Head of Customer Welcome (Interim) from January 2021 to December 2021, the Head of Programmes & Transformation from July 2020 to January 2021, and the Programme Manager from June 2017 to June 2020. Helen also worked at learndirect Limited as an Implementation Manager from November 2012 to June 2017, at JHP Training as an Implementation Manager from November 2009 to November 2012, and at Working Links where they held various roles including Regional Delivery Manager and Supply Chain Manager from June 2004 to November 2009.

Helen Wilkinson completed their education in a chronological manner. Between 1996 and 1998, they attended Holy Cross College, Greater Manchester, where they pursued their A Level studies in Business Studies, English Literature, Spanish, and General Studies. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Hull from 1998 to 2002, where they graduated with a BA in Management International, achieving a 2:1 degree classification.

In addition to their formal education, Helen also obtained several certifications. Helen became a MSP® Registered Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2019. Furthermore, in June 2011, they received the PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner certification from the same institution. Prior to that, they obtained the APMP qualification (IPMA Level D Certification) from the International Project Management Association in July 2010.
