Nicholas Schoolland

Nicholas Schoolland has a diverse work experience in various companies and industries. Nicholas started their career in 2005 as a Logistics Manager at Omega Technologies, a global distributor of MRO tools to the aviation industry. Nicholas then became the West Coast Regional Manager at Advanced Tissue in 2006. In 2008, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Consultant at Omega Technologies.

In 2010, they joined New Light Energy Design, Inc as an Energy Efficiency Consultant, where they helped commercial and multi-family residential customers in the SF Bay Area improve their lighting efficiency.

From 2011 to 2011, they worked as a Business Development Manager at DestinHaus LLC, a global management consulting company focused on creating sustainable stakeholder value through transformational strategy. Nicholas then joined Lucid Design Group in 2011 as a Sales Manager, where they helped make building resource data actionable through a platform that centralizes, analyzes, and communicates data.

In 2016, Nicholas became an Account Executive - Energy at Yardi, a leader in ERP, lease management, procurement, and CRM systems for the real estate industry. Nicholas helped clients lower their operating costs and optimize their real estate portfolio's value through Yardi's energy management software.

Nicholas joined Honeywell in 2019 as a Senior Enterprise Building Technology Consultant, where they worked with enterprise-level customers to utilize IoT devices and advanced data analytics to increase property values and production outcomes.

Currently, Nicholas Schoolland is the Director of Sales at BrainBox AI, a company that delivers autonomous artificial intelligence technology to improve comfort and reduce energy consumption in commercial real estate. Their role involves identifying and enabling industry leaders to distribute BrainBox AI to their customer base, enhancing their value to clients.

Nicholas Schoolland completed their education at Westmont College from 2002 to 2006, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In addition to their formal education, they also received certification in Cybersecurity Training from ESET North America in November 2020.
