Ilyana A. Roberts has extensive experience in behavioral health and therapy, currently serving as a Behavioral Consultant at MATRIX BEHAVIOR SOLUTIONS, LLC since May 2024 and as a Behavioral Therapist at BrainBuildersnj since March 2022. Ilyana is also the Owner of Ilyana Bakes, established in February 2018. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Specialist at The Educational Services Commission of New Jersey, Behavior Tech at First Children Services, and Behavior Therapist at Achieve Beyond. Ilyana has a managerial background from Keystone Community Living Inc. and experience as a Nursing Assistant/Activities Therapist at Runnell's Specialized Hospital. Ilyana holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Drexel University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Science and Psychology from Felician University.
