Alizeh Ayaz

Alizeh Ayaz is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Talent HRBP at Brainchild Communications Pakistan since December 2021. Previously, Alizeh held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources at the National Incubation Center Karachi from July 2020 to December 2021, and worked as a Community Outreach Officer at Karachi Citizen Lab from October 2019 to May 2020. Alizeh began the career in HR as an intern at Unilever, where significant contributions included revamping the onboarding process and launching an E-Card system to improve employee engagement. Additionally, an HR internship at Engro Foods Limited involved creating a guidebook for a delegation and organizing a CSR initiative. Alizeh holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences, obtained in 2019.
