Yu Ai

Yu Ai has a strong background in technology support and management. They began their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2002 as a Senior Software Engineer and worked their way up to become the Head of ArcSight Support Delivery. They held various roles within the company, including Software R&D Manager and Software Support Section Manager. In 2018, Yu Ai joined Brain Corp as the Director of Global Technical Services, and later, became the Senior Director of Global Tech Support.
