Tim Havers

Tim Havers has extensive experience in the planning and housing sector, currently serving as the Team Leader for the Housing Delivery and Growth Team at Braintree District Council since October 2015. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a Principal Planning Officer and Senior Planning Officer at various organizations, including Bidwells and Stevenage Borough Council. With a background in both planning and law enforcement, Tim's career also includes roles as a Police Officer at Hertfordshire Constabulary and as an RAF Regiment Gunner in the Royal Air Force Reserves. Tim holds a Master's Degree in Spatial Planning from UCL and a Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology from the University of Southampton.
