Mikayla O'Connor

Mikayla O'Connor is an accomplished Customer Success Manager with diverse experience in various leadership and coaching roles. Currently, Mikayla oversees onboarding processes at Branch since May 2022, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement. Between 2017 and present, Mikayla has served as Head Coach at Vital Volleyball, holding Safe Sport and Impact certifications. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager at Player's Health, where Mikayla led support teams and improved the customer journey, and Scrum Master and Business Analyst at MatBoss, where Mikayla facilitated Agile practices to enhance product definition and customer satisfaction. Mikayla's experience also encompasses support and administrative roles at Topgolf and Business Impact Group, along with a strong academic foundation, earning a Master’s degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota.
