Jess Kindler

Jess Kindler is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors in the mining and infrastructure industries. Currently serving as President and Chief Growth Officer at BrandSafway since January 2023, Jess oversees Product and Product Portfolio Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Business Development. Prior to this position, Jess held multiple president roles at Epiroc and Atlas Copco, driving growth and service operations in the mining sector, and also contributed as a Worldwide Service Manager at Ingersoll Rand. With a solid educational background that includes an MBA from The Wharton School and executive education from the Stockholm School of Economics, Jess combines strategic management expertise with a strong engineering foundation from Colorado School of Mines.
