Prem Saldanha has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Recruiter at Infinite Horizon Services, where they handled multiple requirements, coordinated interviews, and conducted follow-ups. In 2015, they worked as a Digital Marketing Executive at Urja Communications Pvt. Ltd., managing various brands for social media promotion, SEO, Google Ads, website development, and print campaigns. Prem also worked on independent projects, taking on multiple roles from client coordination to digital campaign management. Since 2016, Prem has been the Head of Digital and Brand Strategy at BrandSwitch, where they manage and oversees brand strategy for online and offline campaigns, develops and executes paid campaigns, leads social media management efforts, and effectively manages a team of marketing professionals.

Prem Saldanha obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, completing this degree between 2011 and 2014. In addition, they obtained a certification in Excellence in Digital Marketing in June 2016.
