David Norman

David Norman, JD, SPHR, serves as a Career and Leadership Coach at Bravely since January 2021, focusing on democratizing access to professional coaching. Prior to this, David held significant roles at Prologis from August 2021 to September 2024, including Vice President of HR, where accountability for strategic leadership and HRBP support for 1,300 global employees was emphasized. David spearheaded the global Prologis Pride Network ERG, culminating in notable results such as the submission of the company's first Corporate Equality Index survey response. Additional experience includes HR leadership at L3Harris Technologies and PepsiCo, alongside various HR roles early in the career, supported by a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law and a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations.
