Quentin Sebastian's work experience includes roles in talent sourcing and management. Quentin started at d-Matrix Corporation in 2022 as a Talent Sourcer, where they focused on datacenter AI inferencing using in-memory computing techniques. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder at Rent A Sourcer in 2021, where they served as a Global Talent Sourcer and helped clients hire the right talent. Quentin also worked at Fabric Group as a Global Talent Sourcer, specializing in delivering value to customers through a design thinking approach. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Braves Technologies, including Global Talent Manager, Global Talent Sourcer / Lead Recruiter, Senior Technical Sourcer, Technical Recruiter, and Bench Sales Executive.

Quentin Sebastian completed their education history from 2018 to 2020 at the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services.

In addition to their formal education, Quentin has acquired several certifications. In March 2018, they completed the SourcePRO Recruitment and Sourcing Program. In March 2019, they obtained the Tech Recruitment Certified Professional certification from Devskiller.
