Caitlyn Repp

Caitlyn Repp is an experienced educator and communication consultant with a strong background in leadership and professional development. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at Robert Morris University, Caitlyn teaches courses in Argument and Research and Professional Communication in the Workplace. With a history of conducting research on leadership topics at Bravo cc and collecting data for public health studies at the University of Pittsburgh, Caitlyn demonstrates exceptional communication skills and a commitment to empowering students and professionals. Additionally, Caitlyn has worked as an Independent Communication Consultant, a Career Services Advisor at South University, and has held teaching and internship positions that showcase expertise in curriculum development, mentorship, and community engagement. Caitlyn holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of North Texas.
