Abigail McGraw

Abigail McGraw (Hellem) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager at Braze since April 2020, Abigail has previously held roles as Strategic Customer Success Manager, Account Executive, and Account Manager. Prior to Braze, Abigail was an Enterprise Account Executive at Intellum from September 2017 to April 2020, focusing on delivering impactful learning experiences. Abigail began their career at Gartner, where between 2015 and 2017, responsibilities included advising C-level executives on business initiatives and aligning them with Gartner's resources. Additionally, Abigail led the sales team at AroundCampus Group in 2014, successfully achieving sales goals. Abigail holds a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Marketing from the University of North Alabama, earned in 2015.
