Lenny A. Fishler

Lenny A. Fishler is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in leadership and data services. Currently serving as Senior Director of Analytics at Braze since November 2017, Lenny oversees a diverse team of 20 professionals in Product, Business, and Customer Analytics while developing and implementing the company's analytics strategy. Prior roles include Director and Senior Manager of Data Services, where Lenny led data consultancy teams and spearheaded the architecture and development of new data services. Lenny's prior experience at IBM as a Watson Staff Engineer involved developing business logic with Python and researching neural networks. Early career roles include QA Engineer at Janrain, Inc., and an intern position at OpenSesame, where Lenny implemented an algorithm-based recommendation engine. Lenny holds a BS in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Columbia Engineering and a Master’s in Pure Mathematics from The City College of New York.
