Francesca Webster has an extensive work experience in various industries. Francesca started their career in 1990 as an IT Support Specialist at Shell and worked there until 1994. After that, they joined BBC as an IT Specialist and worked there until 1997. Francesca then moved to Morgan Stanley, where they worked as an IT Specialist from 1997 to 2000.

In 2004, Francesca founded Brazilian Beauty, a beauty company based in Brisbane, Australia. Under their leadership as the Founder and CEO, Brazilian Beauty expanded to 21 locations by 2015 through company-owned stores and franchising.

In 2011, Francesca founded The Australian Skin Institute, where they served as the CEO and Founder. Currently, they are the CEO and Founder of The Skin and Beauty Training Centre since February 2019.

Francesca's work experience spans from IT roles in Shell, BBC, and Morgan Stanley to founding and leading successful beauty and skincare companies like Brazilian Beauty, The Australian Skin Institute, and The Skin and Beauty Training Centre.

Francesca Webster completed a Diploma in Business at TAFE NSW from 2009 to 2010. In 2015, they also attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors to undertake the Company Directors Course with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General.
