Isabella Myler has a well-rounded work experience in the beauty industry. Isabella began their career as a Beauty Therapist at Brazilian Beauty, where they quickly became the highest KPI achiever and gained expertise in various beauty skills and advanced skin treatments. Isabella then progressed to the role of 2IC Beauty Therapist before becoming a Clinic Manager, where they managed daily operations and responded to customer complaints. Isabella further advanced in their career as a Cluster Manager, overseeing multiple clinic locations and focusing on human resource management and maintaining wage ratio targets. Isabella later took on the role of Field Manager, where they led continuous improvement initiatives and delivered sales training to clinic teams. Currently, Isabella is working as an Operations Manager at Brazilian Beauty.
