Jeff Morgan

Jeff Morgan is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Operations Superintendent at Brazos Electric Power Cooperative since July 2017. Previously, Jeff worked at Calpine from August 2012 to July 2017 as a Senior Real Time Power Operator, where responsibilities included scheduling, controlling, and dispatching power generation while monitoring real-time generation data. Jeff's earlier experience includes roles as Operations Manager, OP Tech II, and Electrician at various organizations, as well as teaching math and science in junior high and high school for the Bienville Parish School Board. Jeff's career began in the US Navy, serving as a Nuclear Electrician's Mate. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Louisiana Tech University and an Associate's degree in Nuclear Science and Technology from Georgia Military College. Jeff is also NERC Certified and possesses multiple qualifications in engineering and operations.
