Gabriela Rosario is a seasoned professional in the culinary industry, currently serving as the Sr Production Manager and Pastry Chef at Bread Alone Bakery since August 2021. Prior to this role, Gabriela held the position of Culinary Production Manager at Blue Bottle Coffee from November 2017 to July 2021, and previously worked as Production Manager at Momofuku Milk Bar from February 2015 to November 2017.
