Gabriela Rosario

Gabriela Rosario is a seasoned professional in the culinary industry, currently serving as the Sr Production Manager and Pastry Chef at Bread Alone Bakery since August 2021. Prior to this role, Gabriela held the position of Culinary Production Manager at Blue Bottle Coffee from November 2017 to July 2021, and previously worked as Production Manager at Momofuku Milk Bar from February 2015 to November 2017. Early in the career, Gabriela gained experience as a Pastry Assistant at Fiola da Fabio Trabocchi from December 2013 to January 2015 and completed an internship at UBS in June 2010. Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Iona University and a degree in Pastry Arts from the International Culinary Center.
