Zachari J. Curtis

Zachari J. Curtis has extensive experience in community engagement, food justice, and sustainable agriculture. Currently serving as a Legal Clinic Intern at Bread for the City, Zachari previously interned at the DC Bar Foundation. Significant past roles include Director of Operations and Supply Chain Manager at Dreaming Out Loud, Inc., where responsibilities included financial modeling and educating staff on policy impacts. As CEO of Good Sense Farm & Apiary, Zachari founded an urban food brand focused on sustainability and direct sales. Other notable positions include Sustainable Agriculture & Community Engagement Manager at Bread for the City, where Zachari led agricultural education initiatives, and co-owner roles in worker-owned food cooperatives. Educational qualifications include a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Duke University and a Data Analytics Certification from General Assembly.
