Cerina Tan

Cerina Tan is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in the retail industry. Currently serving as HR Lead at BreadTalk Group Pte Ltd since December 2022, Cerina previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at DFI Retail Group from February 2022 to March 2023. Prior roles include Manager of Employee Relations/Industrial Relations and Manager of Human Resources at Dairy Farm Singapore, where Cerina worked from August 2019 to March 2023 and April 2017 to July 2019, respectively. The career journey began with positions at NTUC, progressing from Specialist in Office Management to Senior Human Resource Associate between May 1999 and January 2009, followed by roles as Assistant Manager in Human Resource at NTUC Club and Assistant Manager in Human Capital at Dairy Farm Singapore. Cerina holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double degree in Management and Human Resource Management from Murdoch University and a Diploma in Compensation & Benefits Management from the Singapore Human Resource Institute.
