Craig Staples, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Management at Breakthrough Energy since April 2021, Craig has previously held key positions as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Palladium: Make It Possible and as a Senior International Recruiter at Dexis Consulting Group. Additional experience includes roles at AECOM as an International Recruiter and various positions in business development and staffing with TRAK Companies and HireStrategy, specializing in professional and executive recruitment. Craig began a career in financial services with New York Life Insurance Company and in sales management with Ferguson Enterprises. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Christopher Newport University.
