Pam Huning

Pam Huning has extensive experience in property operations and management. Pam is currently the Senior Director and Head of Property Operations at Breakthrough Properties. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President at Lincoln Property Company, where they oversaw the marketing team and focused on client care. Pam also worked as the Director of Operations at Douglas Emmett, where they managed property management teams and complex issues related to leasing and asset repositioning. Before that, they were the Director of Asset Services at CBRE, where they oversaw a multi-client portfolio. Pam started their career as a Senior Property Manager at Trammell Crow Company and was later promoted to Director of Asset Services before the company was acquired by CBRE.

Pam Huning obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA. Additionally, they have obtained certification as Dare to Lead Trained from Dare to Lead™ Trained institution in May 2021.
