Zoe Meadows

Zoe Meadows is a business professional with extensive experience in investment management and administration. Currently serving as the Business Manager for Investments at Breakthrough Victoria since January 2023, Zoe previously held the position of Board Coordinator at Insignia Financial from October 2021 to January 2023. Prior roles include Capital Works Program Officer and Procurement Administrator Secondment at Whitehorse City Council from July 2018 to October 2021, and Audit Administrator at HLB Mann Judd and Saward Dawson from January 2012 to July 2018. Zoe holds a Graduate Certificate of Public Policy in Political Science and Government from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Commerce with a Marketing Major and Business Law Minor from Swinburne University of Technology. Education was completed at Strathcona Baptist Girls Grammar School, where the VCE was obtained.
