Tyler Zvolanek

Tyler Zvolanek has a wealth of experience in operations and technical roles within the telecommunications industry. Tyler currently serves as the Director of Fulfillment Operations at Breezeline, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to this, Tyler worked as the Senior Director of Technical Operations at Atlantic Broadband from September 2021 to January 2022.

Their longest tenure was at WOW! Internet, TV, & Phone, where they held various leadership positions. From May 2020 to September 2021, they served as the Senior Director of Operations. Before that, they held the role of Director of Operations from December 2017 to May 2020. Tyler initially joined WOW! as a Broadband Supervisor in November 2007 and steadily progressed within the company.

In addition to their leadership roles, Tyler also has hands-on experience. Tyler worked as a Broadband Manager from December 2014 to October 2016 and as an Operations Manager from October 2016 to December 2017, overseeing multiple teams and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to customers.

Prior to their time at WOW!, Tyler worked at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone in various technician roles, including Lead Broadband Technician and QC/CLI Technician.

Tyler Zvolanek earned an Associate's degree in Communications Technology from Colby Community College and also studied Communications Technology at Northwest Kansas Technical College from 2000 to 2002.
