Christina Queisser

Christina Queisser is a Senior Legal Counsel in Private Equity at Bregal Unternehmerkapital since January 2020, providing in-house counsel in Commercial Law and M&A. As a German Legal Advisor admitted to the bar, Christina also operates Kanzlei Christina Queisser since March 2016. Previous experience includes working as a Private Equity Lawyer at Latham & Watkins, where advice was provided on international transactions for major Private Equity Funds, and as a Lawyer in Corporate M&A at EY, focusing on strategic transactions and capital markets. Early career roles included positions as a Foreign Legal Trainee in the UAE and a Legal Trainee in Germany. Christina completed both the Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen and Erstes Juristisches Staatsexamen, specializing in labor law, and holds a module in Corporate Finance from SOAS University of London.
