Ville Wettenhovi

Ville Wettenhovi has worked in the tech industry since 1999, starting as a Software Engineer at Siemens. In 2001, they moved to SSH Communications Security as a Senior Testing Engineer, where they were responsible for coordinating, organizing, planning and testing SSH security products in Linux, Unix and Windows environments. In 2004, they joined First Hop as a Project Manager and Senior Test Engineer. After First Hop was acquired by Airwide/Mavenir, they took on the role of Technical Manager. In 2008, they moved to Mitel Mobile Division (previously Mavenir) as Site Leader/R&D Manager, Finland, and later R&D Manager, Finland and R&D Manager. In 2013, they joined Enreach Solutions AB as Senior Vice President, Engineering, where they were head of engineering in cross-functional teams and responsible for Audience Data Management Platform (DMP) and Editorial Dashboard products running on Amazon cloud (AWS). In 2019, they joined Analyste Oy as CTO, where they headed engineering, QA and DevOps operations in cross-functional agile teams (multiple locations in Finland and India). In 2021, they joined Brella as CTO.

Ville Wettenhovi received a Master's of Science in Telecommunications from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan between 2000 and 2010. Ville also earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Helsingin Ammattikorkeakoulu Stadia between 1996 and 2000. Additionally, they hold an ICEB certification.
