Marzena Zalejska

Marzena Zalejska, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Brennan IT since April 2023, possesses extensive experience in organizational development and HR strategy across multiple sectors. Prior roles include Senior Organisational Development Consultant at Aon, where Marzena supported high-potential programs and leadership development initiatives for the APAC region, and Organisational, Learning & Development Specialist at Tibra Capital, focusing on graduate programs and succession planning. Previous positions also include HR Advisor at Workspace365, Partner at MEISSNER & PARTNERS, and Head of OD & Culture at PKO Bank Polski, where Marzena managed large teams and implemented training programs aligned with business strategies.
