Johnathon Ng, ACC has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Johnathon began their career at FUJI Hunt Photographic Chemicals as an Assistant Manager of HR & Admin. Johnathon then moved on to Possehl Electronics, where they served as the Global HR Manager. Johnathon then joined Givaudan, where they held various roles including HR Generalist, HR Manager for South East Asia, and ultimately became the Head of Flavours HR for APAC. After Givaudan, they joined Bayer Pharmaceuticals as a Regional HR Business Partner, working in different divisions and regions within the company. Johnathon later joined Woh Hup (Private) Limited as the Head of Group Human Resources. Currently, Johnathon is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Brenntag Specialties, and previously served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific in the same company.

Johnathon Ng, ACC has a diverse education history. Johnathon obtained a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Singapore Institute of Management in 2003. In 2003, they also completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in IT Management from the University of Leicester. Prior to that, they received a BSc in Business Management from the University of Bradford in 1999.

Furthermore, Johnathon has pursued various professional certifications. Notably, they became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation in December 2020. Johnathon has also acquired certifications in areas such as corporate governance, talent strategy, coaching, and leadership development. Johnathon has actively sought executive education opportunities, including programs at Wharton, Hult Ashridge, London Business School, and INSEAD, to enhance their knowledge and skills in human resources and leadership.
