Erinn Sitaras

Erinn Sitaras has an extensive background in learning and development, organizational development, and talent management across various financial institutions. Erinn started their career at Credit Suisse as an Assistant Vice President in IT Learning & Development before moving on to roles at Accenture and AllianceBernstein. At AllianceBernstein, they served as the Vice President for Professional Development & Talent Manager, leading initiatives that resulted in increased diversity in promotions and succession planning. Most recently, Erinn worked at Blackstone as the Vice President of Organizational Development and is currently serving as the Global Head of Learning & Development at Brevan Howard. Before that, they also worked as an Executive & Career Coach and Talent & Change Consultant for Fortune 500 clients. Their experience includes program design, coaching, leadership development, and performance management.

Erinn Sitaras obtained a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland in 2005. In 2019, they earned a certification as a Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching.
