Ellen Winter, PhD, CSPG has diverse work experience in various organizations. Ellen currently holds the role of Chief Philanthropy Officer at Brevard Zoo, where they are leading a major fundraising campaign to raise $100 million over five years for the development of a world-class aquarium. Ellen also served as the Executive Director of The Nineteenth Century Charitable Association, overseeing fund development activities. Furthermore, Ellen has experience in operations management as the President of ID Promotions and in sales and marketing as a Sales and Marketing Associate/Translator at Sec Power.

Ellen Winter, PhD, CSPG completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organization Development at Benedictine University from 2016 to 2019. Previously, they attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Relations and Affairs from Dominican University, although the specific years are unspecified.
