Cynthia Biles

Cynthia Biles, MBA, CSM, is an accomplished engagement manager and senior consultant at Bridge Partners since November 2019. Biles has also served as a rowing coach at Lake Union Crew since 2018. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Retail Operations at Sherpa Adventure Gear, where expansion and retail strategy were prioritized, and as Global Operations Manager at Amazon, overseeing strategic workflows. Biles's career began at Recreational Equipment Inc., where responsibilities included store management and operational leadership. Early coaching roles were held at the University of Connecticut and Syracuse University. Biles holds an MBA in Management of Technology from Syracuse University and a BA in English from the University of California, Berkeley, along with education from the University of Washington.
