Xavier Jackson is an experienced educator with a strong background in mathematics and instructional design. Currently serving as a Math Teacher at The Kew-Forest School since September 2017, Xavier teaches Pre-Algebra, Geometry, and Precalculus, while also creating a unique curriculum for a class inspired by Jordan Ellenberg's book "How Not to be Wrong." Additionally, Xavier has been a faculty member at Bridge to Enter Advanced Mathematics (BEAM) since July 2017, focusing on logical reasoning and Game Theory for underserved students. Previous professional experiences include change management at Bayer HealthCare, data analysis at MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics, and various teaching assistant roles at MIT. Xavier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Operations Research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
