Richard Boutet

Richard Boutet has extensive experience in the field of public affairs and lobbying. Richard currently holds the position of Head of Public Affairs at Bridge. Prior to this, they worked at RB PUBLIC AFFAIRS as Conseil Aff Publiques Relations Institutionnelles Lobby/Consulting Public Affairs, where they provided consulting services in public affairs and strategy. Richard has also worked as the Head of Department of Public Affairs at Rumeur Publique and as the Director of Public Affairs France at FBF / French Banking Federation. In addition, Richard has held positions at Airbnb France, Experian, Fédération du Commerce et de la Distribution, Sensation !, Cabinet du Premier Ministre, and Représentation Permanente de la France auprès de l'Union Européenne, where they gained experience in various aspects of public affairs, communication, and international relations.

Richard Boutet completed their education at three different institutions. In 1989 to 1992, they attended Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and obtained a Maîtrise degree in Public Law. From 1992 to 1993, they studied at Université Côte d'Azur, where they earned two post-graduate degrees: a DESS (Diplôme d'Études Supérieures Spécialisées) in Droit et Pratique des Affaires Internationales (International Affairs) and a 3ème cycle degree in Relations Internationales (International Relations).
