Carlos Stahlhut

Carlos Stahlhut is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in cancer research and pharmacology. Currently serving as Associate Director and Principal Scientist at BridgeBio since August 2021, Carlos previously held positions as Senior Scientist and Scientist II at REVOLUTION Medicines from June 2017 to July 2021. Earlier, Carlos was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, focusing on metastatic prostate cancer. Proficient in the development of microRNAs as therapeutic agents, Carlos conducted significant research during a postdoctoral role at Yale University and completed a Ph.D. in Genetics at the same institution, where research centered on the role of microRNAs in angiogenesis. Carlos began the academic journey with a BS in Biochemistry from McGill University and an International Baccalaureate from the United World College of the American West.
