Caitlin Caswell

Caitlin Caswell is an experienced evaluation manager currently serving at BRIDGES since August 2019, where responsibilities include designing evaluation instruments, data recording, analysis, and reporting for various programs. Caitlin previously held roles as Evaluation Coordinator at Consilience Group, providing research support, and completed an internship at the National Association of Social Workers-Texas Chapter, advocating for marginalized communities. Earlier experiences include serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at San Antonio, working as a Policy and Advocacy Intern, and teaching 3rd grade at San Antonio ISD. Caitlin holds a Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is pursuing a Doctor of Social Work at Tulane University.
