Alexandre Nicol

Alexandre Nicol has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development roles. Alexandre is currently working at BridgeU as a Staff Software Engineer since January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at BridgeU from March 2021 to January 2023. Alexandre also worked at Bounce Technologies Limited as a Full Stack Developer and Conversational systems specialist from June 2019 onwards. Additionally, they founded and directed their own company, Alex Nicol LTD, starting from June 2019. Alexandre's previous experiences include working as a Software Engineer and Full Stack Developer at EDF (UK) from June 2015 to February 2021, a Co-Founder and Developer at SoCritique.fr from December 2013 to October 2016, a Web Developer at ZIP Agence digitale from February 2015 to April 2015, a Developer at Open Ocean from July 2013 to February 2015, and an Intern Developer at IPEV from June 2012 to September 2012. Alexandre also worked as an Intern Developer at CETMEF in January 2011.

Alexandre Nicol completed their education at two different institutions. From 2006 to 2009, they attended lycée Vauban in Brest, where they pursued a degree in Sciences de l'ingénieur and obtained a Bac S. Later, from 2009 to 2015, Alexandre studied at ENIB, where they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur (MSc in CS) in Informatique. In addition to their formal education, Alexandre Nicol also obtained a certification as an AWS Certified Alexa Skill Builder – Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2019.
