Jessica Gilbert

Jessica Gilbert has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jessica is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at BridgeU since January 2023. Previously, they founded their own company, Scream Consulting Limited, in January 2020. At Opensignal, they held the position of VP Engineering from September 2021 to January 2023 and Senior Director of Engineering from August 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, at Masabi, Jessica was the Head of Engineering from December 2017 to January 2020, Engineering Operations Manager from November 2016 to December 2017, and Delivery Manager from May 2016 to November 2016. Jessica also worked at The Travel Corporation as a Development Manager from August 2015 to March 2016 and at Fourth as a Senior Development Manager from April 2015 to July 2015 and as a Development Manager from March 2014 to April 2015. Jessica began their career at Live Nation Entertainment, where they held multiple roles including Lead Software Engineer / Scrum Master from May 2010 to September 2013, Software Engineer from January 2008 to May 2010, and Senior Digital Content Manager from August 2004 to January 2008. In addition, they also ran their own business, J Gilbert Digital Services, as the Owner / Photographer from an unspecified date in 2008 to September 2013.

Jessica Gilbert received their education from the University of the Arts London, where they completed their undergraduate degree in Digital Media Production with a First Class BA (hons) from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2012.
