Curtis Steele

Curtis Steele is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Bridgewater Interiors since September 2022, Curtis previously held the position of Plant Manager at Autoneum from July 2021 to January 2023 and has extensive experience at Knapheide as General Manager from June 2016 to May 2020. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Integrated Manufacturing Assembly from June 2013 to June 2016, where significant advancements in welding processes were achieved; and Plant Manager at Dakkota Integrated Systems from April 2012 to June 2013, where transformative profitability improvements were realized. Curtis began a career at Ford Motor Company in May 1998, culminating in the role of Press Area Manager, where lean manufacturing principles were effectively implemented to enhance operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
