Hr Director Lucilla M. Valley

Lucilla M. Valley is an experienced HR professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Lucilla M. began their career as a Faculty Instructor at the National College of Business Administration (NCBA), where they developed coursework and instructed in the areas of human resources management, management, and marketing.

From there, Lucilla worked at the LandBank of the Philippines as the Chief of Division - Human Resources Management. Lucilla M. aligned training and development programs with the strategic goals of the bank and focused on preparing high-potential employees for key positions within the organization.

Lucilla then moved on to the Security Bank Corporation, where they served as the Training and Career Management Head. In this role, they supported the bank's workforce career planning and human capital development, overseeing the Training and Career Management Unit.

Lucilla M. continued their career at the Guoco Group Limited as the Senior Corporate HR & OD Manager. Lucilla provided support to the conglomerate's strategic initiatives and oversaw the various functional areas of the Human Resources and Organizational Development Department (HROD).

Lucilla went on to work at Filinvest Land Inc. as the First Vice President. Lucilla M. was responsible for the strategic, administrative, and operational oversight of business units, including project groups. Their role encompassed areas such as human resources management, administration/operations, training, organizational development, sales, business development, and marketing.

At Oregon State University, Lucilla served as an HR Consultant, addressing the human resources management needs of assigned college/departments and experimental stations. Lucilla M. provided HR consulting services and advice to deans, department heads, administrators, and office managers.

Lucilla then transitioned to Northwest Community Credit Union, first as an HR Director and later as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Lucilla M. oversaw multiple areas, including Human Resources Management, Learning & Organizational Development, Facilities, Administration, Cybersecurity, Security, Loss Prevention, and Risk Management.

Before joining Multnomah Athletic Club as an HR Director, Lucilla worked at Integrated Success HR Consulting & Coaching, LLC as the Chief People and Culture Consultant. In this role, they provided HR and OD consulting, facilitation, and coaching services to both for-profit and non-profit businesses.

Currently, Lucilla is working as an HR Director at Bridgeway Recovery Services, Inc. Lucilla M. is responsible for the strategic, operational, and functional oversight of various HR areas, working closely with senior leadership to build a culture of diversity, inclusion, and engagement.

Throughout their career, Lucilla has demonstrated a strong commitment to strategic HR management, talent development, employee relations, and fostering high-performance cultures.

Lucilla M. Valley, HR Director, has completed various educational and certification programs throughout their career. Lucilla M. first completed the Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate Program and the Human Resources Management Certificate Program at Cornell University's ILR School. Lucilla M. then went on to earn an MBA from the University of Santo Tomas, where they focused on Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Strategic Planning and Management, and General topics. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the same university, with a specialization in Business Administration, Management, Finance, and Accounting. Lucilla also holds an Associate's Degree in Tourism from the University of Santo Tomas, with a focus on Tourism. In addition to their educational background, Lucilla has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Organizational Development Coach from Symbiosis Coaching, a Certified Senior Talent Management Practitioner from the Talent Management Institute, and a Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME) from the Credit Union National Association. Lucilla M. is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Facilitator, an IPMA-Senior Certified Professional (SCP) in Human Resources certified by IPMA-HR, and a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certified by SHRM. Lastly, Lucilla has completed the Veterans at Work Certificate Program offered by the SHRM Foundation.
